There is no weekly cleaning.
HOUSE RULES
1) Not suitable for children (from 2 to 12 years).
2) Not suitable for babies (up to 2 years).
3) It is not possible to accommodate pets inside the Maison.
4) It is forbidden to smoke inside the Maison, while in the forecourt it is allowed.
5) The bedroom cannot have any extra bed.
6) It is forbidden to organize parties or events
TAXES AND CONTRIBUTIONS
CITY TAX
The tax is due to subjects, non-residents in the municipality of Florence, who stay overnight in accommodation facilities. The tax is paid for every overnight stay in accommodation facilities that offer tourist hospitality for any reason, situated in the territory of the municipality of Florence, up to 7 consecutive nights. Tax euros 3,00 per person /night and must be paid in cash at the arrival directly to the responsible.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
40.00 euros for cleaning fee per stay.
